A celebration of apricot season from the 21 pastry kitchen. Our Apricot and Almond Tart is made with buttery Puff Pastry, Vanilla-scented Apricot Jam, Frangipane and tender Braised Apricots, finished with Amaretto, a glossy Apricot glaze and Toasted Flaked Almonds.
Best enjoyed with a generous spoonful of cream, crème fraîche or custard.
